Payment

We accept payments through PayPal and credit card payments - via PayPal.
You don't need to open a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card. If you need any assistance, we'll be happy to help.

Shipping

Item is shipped within 3-6 days after receiving payment. You will receive a message from us as soon as we've sent you the item, specifying the delivery tracking number. All items are shipped via registered mail with delivery tracking and takes 10-21 business days from the date it is shipped. 
For express shipping, please contact us for the extra fee information. 
Please keep in mind, VAT & duty may apply depending on your countries local Customs or Tax Authority. Neat Collar is not responsible for any VAT & duty costs that might be charged.

Refunds and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange. We will offer you a different size or other item, which is suitable for you, or refund (excludes custom and special orders). Once we receive the item, please allow up to 2-4 business days for us to re-ship your exchanged item.
For returns: After we receive the package, we'll refund your purchase - not including shipping costs. Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition. We recommend using a mailing tracking service in case of lost items - Neat Collar will not be responsible for lost items. Please contact us for more return/exchange instructions.
